Hill School is incorporated not for profit by the Commonwealth of Virginia, operated
under the guidance of a Board of Trustees. The Trustees elect their own officers,
hire the Headmaster, and set general guidelines for the school. Members of the
Board welcome your comments and suggestions about the school.
The Presidents of the PTC and the Alumni Association are members of the Board
by reason of their offices. The Headmaster is a non-voting member.
